How to play A Word of Care
Find a word that can begin a respectful offer. Untangle the letters to reveal a themed word. A familiar term becomes a small puzzle, followed by a gentle prompt you can keep private or share with someone.
Your starting point
Find a word that can begin a respectful offer.
The rules
Rearrange or choose the scrambled letters to spell the target word. Use the available word controls, check your answer and try another arrangement if needed.
A helpful approach
Look for a familiar beginning or ending. Try a different arrangement when the first guess stalls, and use the word as a thought rather than a label. Think about the recipient’s actual preference, and keep any offer specific enough that you can comfortably follow through.
After the game
How might the revealed word fit an ordinary moment in your own day? What small offer could be useful to someone while still leaving them completely free to decline it?
There is no need to turn a small moment into a perfect performance. Play again if you want to explore it, or leave it here and take the thought into your day.
The feeling behind it
Offer useful help, notice a need and ask before stepping in. The recipient gets to choose what care looks like for them.
Community meals and voluntary service inspire practical care. These religious practices are not simply a lifestyle word for kindness.
Read our kindness story, inspired by Langar and seva in Sikh tradition, including Amritsar, India. The Incredible India: Sri Harmandir Sahib, Golden Temple provides the source context.
